Hormonal Balance vs. Consistency.

Productive life, effective fitness, stronger, better health and look. If you strive for any of these or all of them you rather find ways how to stay consistent as this leads to hormonal balance  which unleashes your full potential or just get you the above effectively.

Shit, I am so glad to finally find my direction in life. Fitness seems to be so easy, all you need to do is to decide what you want. You can either be the strongest, most muscular or most effective. My goal is to be the most effective while inspire others to do so as you might have the tool but staying consistent is the other thing.

If you want to be the strongest, you probably enjoy more of carbs rich diet where most muscular you need anabolics. Anyway, hormonal balance is the main wheel, why? All the decisions we meet bear consequences. No one is 100% consistent but it is for your own best to be aware of the consequences and their minimization. Take your body as your investment, if you know the ropes, you make it your own asset.

First of all, why is consistency relevant? hormones affect everything from your gains, fat-loss to your mood, if you start right and keep it that way, you get exactly what you deserve.  Feeling great and strong right after waking up is the first step towards maximal execution and regeneration where results make you more dedicated until we are all there where we want to be.

Always focus on you not others. Do not expect everything quick your body needs time to rebuild itself. First visible changes (4-8 weeks), especially the joints which suffer the most under the load (2 weeks). You must know that inactivity over time leads to drastic negative changes in your body and decreased performance competencies (hormonal imbalance).

Training less but effective leaves more time for regeneration and other things (productive life) plus training twice a week is not just minimal requirement for positive changes in your body but also not overloading your body too much (stress only good if in right doses).

Once you stabilize your physiology and hormones, your life and fitness level will completely change. Your stress levels and the foods you eat affect your hormones and physiology (normal functioning of your body). This affects how much fat you store in your body as a result of your hunger and cravings. The problem is many of us in today´s busy world do not manage their stress and eating.

Eating REAL, whole foods with a focus on good fats (unsaturated), proteins, vegetables as well as finding natural ways how to decrease your stress level (exercising, meditation, deep breathing). As a result, you will have a clear mind and look optimal.

When getting stressed or eating processed foods and sugar, you spike your cortisol and insulin hormones, and it goes up, then crash down and again. This is quite a shock for your body so do not wonder why you are becoming ineffective.

Eating right with combination of effective exercising which is progressive makes you not just look better but gives you a better life cause you feel great and you manage more load at gym and more challenges in your life. You can also afford yourself more cheat meals as more muscles handle insulin spikes more effective.

Remember to follow Circadian rhythm to cope with stress and set up your day optimally. It leads to more productive sleep, thus more productive day and keeps you motivated if you understand your body clock but you already know all that. Another great tip is to follow this guy on instagram @healthsimple_ for great tips on how to actually get best out of your life (hormonal balance).

Hormones – such as estrogen, testosterone, adrenaline and insulin — are extremely important chemical messengers that affect many aspects of your overall health. Even slight imbalance leads to serious problems. You can balance it naturally as you already know, so what are the symptoms of hormonal imbalance?

  • Infertility and irregular periods
  • Weight gain or weight loss (that’s unexplained and not due to intentional changes in your diet)
  • Depression and anxiety
  • Fatigue
  • Insomnia
  • Low libido
  • Changes in appetite
  • Digestive issues
  • Hair loss and hair thinning

The other way around is to use quality supplements and products like, Testosterone, HGH boosting or adaptogens herbs (protect, restore and balance the body). Literally, each input affects your health and fitness level for example, the average female puts 515 synthetic chemicals on their body every day.

Currently, I am collecting and testing a few products and already part of one of the best supplement companies on the market (you will see soon) to minimize risks and maximize results. This is a great news cause it is really hard to find serious people in this industry.
